Spent another morning at the beach, this time at Baby Makapu'u to go reefwalking during low tide.

Saw tons of spaghetti worms. Their bluish white tentacles are all you see since the worm's body is buried in the reef.

I also managed to catch a good sized convex crab. How did I know what kind of crab it was? Because of those 3 white dots in the center of its smooth, convex carapace. Don't worry, if I collect any animals in my bucket I always keep them submerged in ocean water and put them back where I found them. I just like to show my kids the different animals I find in the wave impact zones, since I sometimes venture out there while they explore the more safer areas of the beach.
