Today is the 100th anniversary celebration of King Kamehameha.
To honor him, the three commissioned statues on Oahu and the Big Island are draped with long strands of leis.
My niece is visiting again this summer, so as soon as we picked her up from the airport, we headed Downtown. This was my first time watching the ceremony on Oahu. The leis were so lovely!
