A friend just gave me a bag of green mangoes, so I did what my mom used to do for my siblings and I when we were kids.
After peeling and cutting the green mangoes, I mixed a bowl of shoyu and white vinegar, and dipped the tart green mangoes in the sauce. It brought back some great childhood memories!
