Octopus are one of my favorite invertebrates because they're very intelligent. They have extraordinary sensory systems, high motor coordination, and an interpretive brain. They learn from experience! They also have a well-developed nervous system that stimulate millions of pigment cells in their skin to match their surroundings. An amazing animal to observe!
