Remember I mentioned that we drove to Holy's Bakery on the northern tip of the Big Island during spring break?

We were pretty psyched today to bake the double-crusted Frozen Buttered Blueberry Pie that I picked up from that visit. It's a new item at the bakery, so new that they didn't even have labels printed for the box when I bought it.

When they start selling this flavor pie at KTA or any Oahu supermarkets, you'll want to try it. I've tried all of the Holy's Bakery Frozen Buttered Pies and this fruit flavor is at the top of my list of faves, along with their Frozen Buttered Peach Pie.
