Tonight I had another evening event at the Waikiki Aquarium, and I couldn't resist taking photos of the nocturnal marine life.

Like this Hawaiian green lionfish, who didn't look very happy to be spotted while trying to blend in with the rocks.

Waikiki Aquarium

This alien-looking animal is a type of wana (venomous long-spined sea urchin). I stay away from them while snorkeling in the ocean, but got a good look of a few up close inside one of the Aquarium's safe exhibits.
