We ended up in Waipahu this afternoon and had to stop for Filipino food at Thelma's Restaurant to take-out plates of pork adobo fried rice and Thelma's Special (lechon kawali with tomato and onion).

Since Leeward Drive Inn was a few feet away, we picked up their famous fried noodles with a side of fried chicken for the kids. Everything was so ono!
